Feels like you got a weight on your shoulders? Your upper body feels tight, restricted and weak? Well, this workshop is for you! Join us and track these tensions to their root — the very base of your spine. Find out that once you release tensions all along the spine, how your neck and shoulders re-align and the upper body regains new strength. In this online workshop you practice carefully selected spinal sequences with a focus on releasing tension from the sacrum, rib cage and the vertebrae behind the heart to create reliable release and realignment for the upper body. You will learn about anatomy/physiology, and develop an asana practice that supports the release of tension and pain plus find new strength.
