Meditation and Yoga Retreat from

Please join us for our annual 4-day yoga and meditation immersion! This year we will head once again into the Sancta Cruz mountains and the serenity of Mount Madonna Center overlooking Monterrey Bay. The focus of this retreat will be on exploring the silence and sacred within by diving into the ancient teachings of yoga, including restorative and therapeutic asanas, pranayama (breathing), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), yajna (sacrifice or offering), and other devotional rituals.
The unspoiled 355 acres of mountain top redwood forest will allow us to naturally connect to the peace of the land, as well as the peace within. Extended periods of silence, walking meditations, plus studying the ancient Sutras of Patanjali will further deepen your experience of peace, well-being and equanimity. Whether you are a long time practitioner or have just recently started a yoga/meditation practice, this retreat is for all those who truly enjoy a deeper connection with themselves and who seek a deeper understanding of the ancient teachings of yoga. Come and share with us not only in the practices of yoga but also the beauty and stillness of nature and enjoy the support of spiritual community. During your quiet hours, you can also take advantage of the well-known Kaya Kalpa Wellness Center, by relaxing and renewing with an Ayurveda or Bodywork treatment (not included in retreat price)

Retreat Policy:
A non-refundable advance deposit of $350 is required to reserve your space for this retreat. Balance must be paid in full by 5/13/16 to avoid paying a $50 registration fee.
